The Challenge

At Griaule, you will be responsible for supporting the Business team in all technical aspects of our product portfolio. Based on customer requirements (RFQ/RFP), you will discuss alternative solutions and, where necessary, define the solution to be offered. This solution will include Griaule's products, along with a list of any gaps and a plan to address them - a task carried out in close collaboration with the product, design and development teams. In cases where the integration of a third-party solution is required, these needs will also have to be considered and addressed. As far as proposals are concerned, you will be responsible for analyzing the client's requirements in order to prepare all the documents (legal and technical) as well as the proposal text. Some documents are generated by other areas, but it will be up to you to request and follow up on them. Other responsibilities of the position include: developing presentations, demonstrations, proofs of concept (POCs), proposals and training, interacting with cutting-edge technologies that impact the lives of millions of people around the world. Main Responsibilities

  • In-depth knowledge of Griaule's product portfolio to support the Business team;
  • Carry out customer assessments to understand their needs, suggest alternative solutions and clearly translate requirements to the product team;
  • Drawing up proposals, including all the necessary documents;
  • Monitoring ongoing business opportunities;
  • Ensuring that the products offered meet the requirements;
  • Make presentations, demonstrations and training sessions for clients.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related areas;
  • Experience in product-related and/or pre-sales functions;
  • Availability to work in Campinas;
  • Willing to travel for work;
  • Previous experience in public tenders and preparing proposals;
  • Strong communication and public presentation skills;
  • Advanced English.
