The Challenge

As UX/UI Designer, you will have contact with all Griaule’s products, impacting the lives of millions of people across the world.

You will have a global understanding of the flows related to the biometric technologies, developing the interfaces in order to generate the best customer experience during the use of our applications. You will work with desktop, web and mobile applications.

You will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. You will also conduct user research, design wireframes and prototypes, create marketing material and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and improvement of user interfaces and experiences
• Collaborate on wireframes, prototypes and user flows to ensure intuitive and visually pleasing designs that align with user needs and business goals
• Develop persuasive and visually appealing marketing materials that effectively communicate the value and differentiation of our products
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our product’s competitive advantage
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our software products to internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / specialization in related field
• 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for a software products
• Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and practices
• Portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects
• Familiarity with software development processes
• Relevant knowledge in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to perform competitive analysis and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills
• Availability to travel
• Advanced English

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong experience with Figma
• Experience in product marketing, including conducting product demos and creating marketing materials
• Knowledge of relevant design artifacts (personas, customer-journeys, storyboards, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs)
