The Challenge
Our Operations team is responsible for the key processes from Griaule. We ensure the company’s operation with a view to sustainable and efficient growth, following Griaule’s ethical rules and regulations. Our department supports all areas of the company, with financial planning, optimization of processes, purchasing, auditing, legal work, compliance, management of contracts and banking relationships.
The Administrative Assistant responsibilities include administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, supporting managers and employees through several tasks related to the organization. You will be handling office activities such as described below, which requires high integrity and trust.
This position requires a multi-tasker, well-organized and hands-on person, who needs to be able to communicate effectively in Portuguese and preferably in English.

Required Qualifications
- Administration, accounting, economics or related degree
- Intermediate English
