The Challenge

Our Business Trainees are responsible for prospecting projects and management. As a Trainee, you will have direct contact with cutting edge technology ensuring the security of identity to millions of people around the globe. Griaule has opportunities for exponential professional growth, where our employees may quickly leverage their careers according to their level of delivery and responsibilities. A dynamic day-to-day experience is expected, therefore proactivity, initiative and self-learning skills are a must.

Our Business team approaches potential clients in the most diverse markets worldwide. You will have the opportunity to deal with a variety of market niches and you will also be constantly challenged during the entire sale’s pipeline, from its lead until the deal is closed. Each project is unique and so its experience!

The Trainee will act as the hub for entire contract management, working on maintaining existing clients ensuring the best outcome for all stakeholders, which may include upsell evaluations.

This role requires high analytical and planning skills, as well as unmatching communication abilities!

Key Responsibilities

  • Engagement in the whole commercial process, participating actively from pre-sales to post-sales;
  • Customer relationship;
  • Understanding of complex project requirements;
  • Negotiation of proposals;
  • Project Management.

Required Qualifications

  • Engineering or related degree;
  • Advanced English;
  • Availability to travel; 
  • Good communication skills;
  • Proactivity;
  • Leadership aptitude;
  • Strong logical, analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills;
  • Able to work independently.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous sales experience;
  • Professional experience with project management;
  • International background;
  • Another language skill.
