The Challenge

Griaule’s main asset is the people who are part of the company. We are facing exponential growth, therefore, this position will have a fundamental role, bringing the people that will be the future of the company. You will be looking for talents and propagating our culture from the first contact with the candidates.

The Trainee will act as the main responsible for recruiting new talents for the company, working on developing the employer branding strategy. You will be having international experiences, as the person in charge of hiring not only for the different Griaule locations in Brazil but also for USA, Europe, Mexico, and more locations as required by the growth of the company.

Being a recruiter for Griaule, you will have constant exposure to the managers and directors of Griaule, understanding and discussing the requirements of each open opportunity and having a global vision of all areas of the company. The majority of the company is constituted of the technical team so that you will understand about cutting edge technologies applied to IT fields and software engineering.

This role requires high analytical abilities, organization, and planning skills, as well as unmatching communication and high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruitment;
  • Understand recruitment demands and skill profiles;
  • Screen applications and select candidates;
  • Conduct interviews;
  • Contact students and professors;
  • Develop the recruitment area;
  • Management of LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Recruitment marketing at social media and universities.

Required Qualifications

  • Good communication skills;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Advanced English;
  • Proactivity;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Able to work independently.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience with selection processes;
  • Interest in Human Resources and technology;
  • Contact with LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Another language skill.
