The Challenge

As our IT Project Analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining a strong relationship with our main clients in the state of Rio Grande do Sul and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

You will manage the implementation and the subsequent account management of our services for the largest biometric database in the state. You will also provide Level 1 technical support, having direct contact with cutting edge technology to ensure the identity security for millions of people.

A dynamic day-to-day experience is expected, therefore proactivity, initiative and self-learning skills are a must. This role requires high analytical and planning skills, as well as unmatching communication abilities! 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust and reliability
  • Implementing projects, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines
  • Ensure the correct use of the application and artifacts and project routines
  • Understand the customers’ technical requirements and provide the best support for resolving level 1 demands and problems
  • Communication between the client and our technical teams for more complex issues
  • Conduct regular account reviews, presenting performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement or additional value.

Required Qualifications

  • Engineering, computer science or related degree
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic mindset and ability to identify opportunities for account expansion
  • Strong logical, analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in the software industry
  • Able to work independently.
  • Availability to travel
  • Advanced English

Desired Qualifications and Experience

  • Professional experience with project management
  • Previous experience administrating systems
  • Basic knowledge of Linux servers
